Hmmm.... Looks like it uses the iPad for fx muscle mostly...
Not the best use of the iPad. That and no spdif I/O.

Gets me wondering too how this "next gen" iPad centric hardware will fare in light of the very real possibility that the dock connector may change to the 19 pin on the next iPad.

This product may very well look cooler than it actually is...
