Loss of sound after changing FX on the fly

Dunno if this is a bug or not. But twice last night, I was changing FX during playback and I lost sound completely.
Both times I had to reset iPad.

My set-up during those incidents was just iPad2 64G & headphones. I wasn't plugged into my iOdock.

The best way is through dropbox. Use a program like iFunBox on your Mac or PC to copy the entire project off your iPad, then zip it and dropbox it to me: rim at drumagog (dot com).
