Import midi and tempo issue with regions

Post by Aegistoo » Sun Oct 30, 2016 3:13 am

Impressive app with really good midi performance with virtual instruments like Pitea virtual organ.
Using iPad Pro with AuriaPro 2.06

However there are Midi import issues..
1. Some notes don't seem to have a note length
2. Missing notes
3. Regions on each track are too short. You have to drag open each region on each track.
4. Initial Tempo is ignored in midi file (cubasis handles it ok)..not tested tempo changes yet

Cubasis and Midiplayer apps play the file correctly. I usually export midi files from LogicX

The region length issue is also another problem that when you change the tempo, the regions resize. Especially a problem if the regions are split on a track e.g. When working with chorus and verse segments, everything moves position and length.

Bumping this...was it fixed in 2.09? Importing MIDI results in lost notes.

Otherwise a great DAW which I love to be in a lot.
