Set Locator button no longer on track editor screen

This got changed a few versions ago. Yes of course you can drag the locator in the screen where you want it but it was much easier before on longer songs you could just push the button when you found the start point and then scroll over and click one button.

Not a big deal.

Great app by the way, thank you for all the hard work.
