Minimum locator length now 5000 samples?

Post by RobB » Sat Jan 26, 2013 5:07 am

I was just trying to measure some latency as described in the old manual for adjusting Record Latency Adjustment in settings menu. Seems that the locators will now not go any smaller than 5000 samples. I'm sure it went smaller before. Now that description is missing from new manual so I guess this is an alteration. Can anyone confirm... (can still work it out but now I need a calculator) a very minor thing, but I was just curious.

That's correct, locator minimum is 5000 samples. It's always been 5000, as this is the minimum loop length Auria supports. However, you can use the highlight tool to do your measuring, as this has no limit and can go down to 1 sample.
