Opening plugin folder in Auria store

Every time I attempt to open the plugin folder in Auria store I get a message that I must "turn airplane mode off" and the folder will not open. Also there is a "[" sign in front of the word plugin. What's with that?

We had some server issues, and they were fixed today. Please try it again.

for the last 2 weeks I haven't been able to open my plugin store in Auria , when I click on the store the hole plugin folder closes.

Are you using Auria, or Auria LE (or an upgraded LE)? I haven't seen this issue.
