Sample rate convert

I have had a new situation crop up, where Auria won't sample rate convert 441 files to 48k upon import. I am pulling the clips in question, which are mp3 files, from Dropbox. Using the 'open in' Auria dialog moves the file to Auria and I see the dialog for 'processing' the file on import but the file stays 44.1 and playback is shifted higher in pitch.
Importing the same files via ACP through Hokusai the files import correctly.

I am on iOS 7 if that helps.
