Re: new TASCAM Model 24 arrives today! hoping for awesomeness
How do you get audio back to the Tascam? I have main set to go back to 1 and 2 on the Model 24. I can hear playback but if I adjust panning etc in Auria on the recorded tracks nothing is happening on the audio back at the Tascam. Don't forget to pan your two channels on your Tascam on hard left and...

Re: Panning
When sending a track to hardware the daw acts like a router and sends the signal directly to the hardware output like your Tascam. In order for a track to be panned it requires that track to be sent to a stereo bus. If you wanted to pan and adjust the volume of that track so that you can automate th...

Re: Auria Pro
Yes you can and this is what you will need. An audio interface with din midi ports if your using an older sound module that has no USB midi. You will send your midi to and from Auria Pro through this midi audio interface. You can also use just a midi box like iConnect to send and receive the midi da...

Re: Compatible motorised control surface
The faderport does not work in MCU or Logic Pro mode only HUI so as to work with most daws that include HUI control. In order for the fader to respond back from the daws touch you must have the power supply plugged into the faderport as the fader is motorized and does not move unless it has external...

Re: Compatible motorised control surface
I really do still enjoy my controller. I do recommend the Faderport as an affordable option because it almost controls everything. I've had mine for years and have never had a problem with it. I recommend the original one not the new one as Ive heard that those drivers don't work with iOS as good as...

Re: Can’t save input / output matrix ipad pro
Well this is a new one that I have not encountered before. Can you see your inputs and outputs when you tap on the channel strip input and output assign tabs. You no longer need the the Matrix to set the inputs and outputs of a given track except the Master out that still needs to be done in the mat...

Re: Seeking Delete/Reinstall Advice
Yes you can save the project to your iPad to later load back into Auria. Select Save Project and choose Save Project to Another App. Auria will compress the project file and the pop up iPad system save appears and you will see Save to Files choose a folder to save to or just ON My iPad and the proje...

Re: Audiobus - is it necessary?
Audiobus was originally introduced to exchange audio from one app to another as in the beginning of iOS recording this wasnt possible. But today this isn't really needed as we have file exchange on the iPad. You can use it if you have one app that you want to send through another app but this can be...

Re: Interactive help hints
Farbfilter pro bundle is auV3 for any daw on your iPad and is not Auria specific. Fabfilter has changed the way it handles the Help menu as it now takes you to an online help site run by fabfilter so the Show interactive Help menu no longer shows help text on the plugin. You can contact fabfilter su...

Re: Drumagog in Auria pro
Drumagog is like any other plugin in Auria, All you need to do is tap on the channel insert and the plugin list will show and you will find Drumagog in the list and just tap on it and the GUI pops up immediately. Now if you don't see it on the list of available plugins you should restart your iPad a...

Re: Focusrite 1820 ADAT output?
If you don't see the 8 ADAT channels available as inputs either than it could be that your Focusrite is not set to output directly so set your focusrite 18i20 to the preset DIRECT ROUTING using the Focusrite Control app on your Mac or PC. Make sure the sample rate is the same on both the Focusrite a...

Re: Auria Pro on M1 Macs?
Auria has always been menu driven. In fact it was one of the biggest complaints that users had that there was so much menu diving that this developer had to add short cuts to accomplish these menu tasks. (like split, copy, paste ect.) So Auria is very well equipped to handle mouse and keyboard control...

Re: Auria and X touch
Yes I can explain this. If your using a Mackie MCU Pro, it allows you to set one of three settings. These three are HUI, MCU and MCU Logic. The MCU Logic is used with Logic Pro for the desktop and allows for a more integrated control with Logic Pro. This was added to Auria as a means to allow in dep...

Re: Retroverb
The Retroverb IRs that you purchased in the Auria Store are loaded into the Convolution Reverb. So tap Convolution Reverb in the FX slot and then inside the Convolution Reverb you will find the Retroverb that you purchased. Tap on the Retroverb and it will list all the IR files that are in the Retro...
