Azzam, Were you ever able able to get the low volume issue resolved? I play classical guitar and have had the same experience. I used to record very successfully with my Sony PCM-D50 at levels 4-6 and now I must record at level 10 on my Zoom H6 from 3-5 feet away to get even a moderate record level....
