Re: Midi Studio Pro to control Lyra/Auria
It works great for me. Two things you might check:
1) Make sure the track you're testing is record enabled
2) Check that background audio is turned on in Auria's settings

Re: How would you record sample Tank as MIDI
I'm pretty sure that Sampletank can only accept MIDI input, and doesn't output MIDI. You can, however record the MIDI notes into Auria, and use that to trigger Sampletank. You can then record the audio output from Sampletank onto another track in Auria. See this post for a more detailed explanation....

Re: Jam Origin's MIDI guitar 2 users?
I hadn't tried this in quite awhile, and I have to say, I'm quite impressed with the tracking on this. I've owned a couple of hardware MIDI guitar setups in the past, and this really seems to be as good or better than the best of those. As with every MIDI guitar setup I've used, you have to play ver...

No, if it worked that way, there'd be no need for this workaround. Very few of the synths I own have included that capability at present.

Make sure the track is record enabled, or there won't be any sound.

Re: Korg Module Midi in Auria Pro
If you want to have Auria supply MIDI to Module, and also record the resulting audio from Module, here's how I do it: 1) Create one MIDI track, and one audio track. 2) Open the channel strip for the audio track, and select KORG: Module as your insert. When you do that, Module should open. I like to ...

Re: Problems with Thumbjam & Arpeggist
Thumbjam works really well as a controller. Make sure Thumbjam is launched, then just create a MIDI track in Auria, and set the instrument to Thumbjam. Record your part (which will be MIDI at this point). You can then edit the MIDI, set the instrument to some other instrument, or simply use the Boun...

Re: Set Midi Channels with Sampletank
Not familiar with iSymphonic, buy someone (sorry for not crediting them, don't remember who) posted a very useful tip that could help you. If you go into the piano roll, you can choose a note on the keyboard which will select all the instances of that note in the track. You could then cut and paste ...

Re: On Screen Floating Midi Keyboard ?
There's already an onscreen keyboard (and drum pads) in Auria Pro. It's not really great, in my opinion, but usable for small parts. If you have a MIDI track set up, you can access it quickly from the edit window by pressing the "e" button below the keyboard icon. You also can access it by...

Re: Apogee One, iPad 2, iOS 9.2
I got this resolved by updating the firmware with my Mac. The iOS updater went through the motions, but apparently didn't actually update the firmware, even though it reported that I had the new version, which btw, is not really 'new', having been released back in Feb 2015. It's very disappointing t...

Re: Apogee One, iPad 2, iOS 9.2
Same issue here... I did report it to Apogee, but no reply yet. It's not just Auria, it affects recording in every iOS app.
