Re: File transfer
For the email or dropbox upload be sure to turn-off AIRPLANE MODE if you have it on. I made that mistake once. Check if the file size is too large for your email provider. wav files are huge. For Dropbox, check if you have enough memory space for the upload. As far as AUDIOSHARE, I never had a problem

Re: New app: Transport control for iPhone.
RIM + AURIA = F.ckin' genius You're a one man army with a weed wacker spittin out razorblades. You're making other IOS DAW's bite a curb with their teeth and kickin them in the back of their head. (American X) You shoot camera connection kits out your fingertips and blowin out peoples eyesockets. Wh...

I have an iPad4 with the Apple Lightning to USB Camera Adapter and Akai EIE without a USB hub. Works flawless.

Re: How do you like the new forum?
Constructive criticism: It's kinda too bright. When I'm in my studio with the light's dim, this site lights my whole room up off my monitor, haha. Other than the brightness, I'd say the structure of the sight is nice and as Auria grows in fame, the simple structure will lend its self to simple navig...

Re: Akai EIE Vs Akai EiE Pro
I bought the Akai EIE (NOT PRO) because of this thread.
It was on sale at Guitar Center's website for $136 as of Feb 20, 2013.
It works without a powered USB hub.
Very nice build quality, not a toy.

Re: Auto-Punch
Thanks RIM Manually positioning the in/out indicators is not a deal breaker for me, as I can alter my workflow. I will still purchase the App  On a side note, I am considering Akai EIE (I know it's only 16bit) with my Ipad 4, and I believe i need a powered USB hub and the lightening CCK. I ...

Auto-Punch
RIM, I am considering buying Auria but before I do, I d-loaded the Manual and have a simple question. On page 34, there's is an explaination of Auto-Punch and it requires manually placing markers at the in and out points. I get that. But, there is no mention of having the actual punch-in ability. Me...
