Old school trick for gear that doesn't have MIDI Clock

A quick tip for delay times:

Divide 60,000 by your song's BPM, that will give you the ms time for a 1/4 note delay.

Another option is to just enable syncing via wifi in iTunes for the iPad. Then you can just grab the files directly from the iPad directly as long as it's on your same wifi network.

Make sure you have a fast iPad if you're doing busy arrangements now in Sonar, the iOS platform is powerful, but still really under powered compared to a desktop.
