Re: Adat Optical In, Crackling Sounds On Audio Interface
I did all three settings. Did not resolve the issue. I have nailed down the issue. I just got off the phone with focusrite. They claim that my Rosetta is not set to internal as master clock. There is no option for that as I told them. The only option is spdif or adat. The AD Rosetta is always the ma...

Re: Adat Optical In, Crackling Sounds On Audio Interface
Just legacy and normal mode but not the third one. I will play with settings a little more. There has to be a way around this.

Re: Adat Optical In, Crackling Sounds On Audio Interface
Ok cool, I get it. Hopefully, Focusrite can update their mix control software in regards to saving the settings to the hardware in order to address the issue maybe in beta. Hopefully the problem is not an apple audio core legacy related issue from the Apple side of things.

Adat Optical In, Crackling Sounds On Audio Interface
Hi Rim, I am having issues with crackling sounds on my Focusrite 18i6 audio interface clocking with a external converter AD 48K optical in. After long trouble shooting, I came to the conclusion that the Auria software is not recognizing the saved settings made on scarlett mix control software latest...

Re: AT LAST! The Apple Approved iStick USB Flash Drive
Reasonable to hopefully eliminate the iTunes sync headaches. Which reminds me why I wasn't an apple early adopter since I fancied click drag rather than sync and wait.

Re: AT LAST! The Apple Approved iStick USB Flash Drive
Maybe Apple can make an exception with Auria only since it's such a fantastic product and not a toy rather a serious tool.

Re: iOS Mastering App comparison (inc. Auria)
Cool, thanks for the response! What is MS mode? Wow. Final touch has better widening I just didn't want to be transferring files back forth for little adjustments because I'm afraid of audio file quality loss. Lastly, can widening be achieved by the mix by good stereo placement and panning alone? Do...

Re: iOS Mastering App comparison (inc. Auria)
Fantastic review. I purchased the Final Touch when it was on sale for 9.99. I thought it was ok however, I'm not really a mastering pro. I really like fab filter L. I feel comfortable using it. I mainly bought the final touch to try the stereo widener but didn't like the earlier version issues with ...
