I have a drumloop going through WOW that sounds really cool, but once i freeze the track or do a mixdown it changes character complete and become much less cool.

Any advice to fix / avoid this?

I had a bit of a lag problem after unfreezing a 36 track remix im working on, because i needed to add bars to the beginning. when i was about too freeze the tracks again the freeze button became unresponsive, but started freeze the track after about 30 sec. I quess it was because the cpu was above 1...

Just make sure you unfreeze!
I learned the hard way!

Sounds like you might be looking for a sample library?! But im not sure you can load wav samples into sampletank. Although sampletank has a "Voice" pack expansions as well. Anyway Addictive Synth (fm like) by Virsyn is on sale, and it has a couple of nice Choir sounds to play around with. ...
