Re: Erroneous CPU overload warnings.
Sorry, it almost certainly isn't about "Apple's limitations" or the "missing power of the iPad" (the current iPads have ridiculous amounts of processing power, certainly more than my 2003 TOWER studio computer which could handle a dozen complex synths). It's probably just about ...

Re: Erroneous CPU overload warnings.
If they use Windows, they probably could. The artificial limitations Apple puts inside iOS are unreal. Anyway, my iPad Pro (9.7") can handle a few Twin 2 tracks just fine (but let's keep in mind the A9X is as powerful as a 2010 Core i7). What's your iPad?

Re: Erroneous CPU overload warnings.
The FabFilter synths, specially the Twin 2, are not your regular "MIDI Synth": they are more like NI Massive or Uhe Diva. How many instances of Diva can you have running at the same time on your old computer? Yeah, exactly. Perhaps a little ambitious for the iPad (or, more probably, for iO...

Re: Erroneous CPU overload warnings.
It's not Auria, it's Apple! iOS simply won't let any MIDI to run with a buffer size larger than 512 frames.

Re: Improvments to the new onboard keyboard/keypad window...
The chord window would really be nice. I don't ChordPad, but Garageband for iOS has a pretty elegant solution for this.

Re: Using JamUp on multiple tracks
Yes: if you have bought the Auria Store jam up, it would allow for multiple simultaneous instances of it. I use Overloud THM this way.

Re: length of timeline
Logic has some form of "project margins", from where it doesn't playback (but keep recording, only the playback is stopped). Auria's locators could work this way: it would be a nice feature if reaching the right end locator stopped playback, just like it loops playback if "loop" ...

P.S.: email sent! .... Do you guys have plans to update the Overloud THM with a guitar tuner in the foreseeable future? If yes, can you please share a time frame? All the best, Dimitri." Good evening Dimitri. Did Overloud respond yet? I'm reaching out to them too to see if they plan on updatin...

Thanks for the info, Rim! And what about smaller buffer sizes (64 and 32)?

Re: iPad Pro which one for auria pro?
I have the 9.7" Pro, and up to now, it has been a smooth exoerience. I chose it precisely because of the size, since here in Brazil it costs almost as much as the bigger one.
All the best!

P.S.: but Rim surely has a point (disclaimer: long text!): http://www.trustmeimascientist.com/2013/02/04/the-science-of-sample-rates-when-higher-is-better-and-when-it-isnt/ One excerpt, relevant to the discussion here: " It turns out that in many cases, we can hear the sound of higher sample ra...

Re: Old topic - 192khz? Why not in Auria? N-track iOS can do
It would be very hard to include support for it, in the case iOS allows for it? Or it would require fair amounts of rewriting to the audio engine, like you said loop recording would? By the way, does iOS already allows for smaller buffers, such as 64 or even 32? For audio recordings with lightweight...
