Re: Arturia iSEM?!?!
Collect 'em all! The Obie's have a totally different current path, due to unique circuitry, wiring, tube specs, and most importantly - the tone generator is way different than Moog, Korg, etc, designed for their early synths. These are raw, and fat. Hopefully, expansion of this emulator will include...

I can confirm that that 1.6 MixControl software DOES work and has no problem saving routing to the hardware.

Ummmmm.... WHAT?!?!?!! If this happens to us, you'll be able to find an 18i8 somewhere on I-95 southbound between Boston and Charleston, SC in the very near future. If it happens, I'll post the estimated exit number.

Re: Auria introduces Inter-app Audio support!
No, when you try to insert a second instance, the previous instance unloads automatically. Rim I understand; however, it does allow you to use it again on another track, so long as there's only one instance at a time. For example, in the video - you used Nave to record a little vi IV I V segment, t...

Re: Auria introduces Inter-app Audio support!
It will work just like plugins. When you want to add some EQ to a synth track, just insert an EQ inter-app on the synth track. The only limitation right now is they only allow you one instance of a particular interapp plugin at a time. So if you already have a particular kind inserted somewhere els...

Re: First time impression.
There's a bug in the latest version of Auria (1.120) which causes all the channelstrip and plugins to use rotary (circular) knob mode. While this is what you might want, it might have caught you off guard. The next update will fix this and allow you to switch properly between circular and linear. R...

Re: AURIA for the iPHONE???
I'm def with ya on the addition of midi. To me (and this is very premature of course) it's like when Reason added audio tracks. Unnecessary, and bloated the program to all hell. I've got Auria backed up, so if it does turn out that way I won't be updating, and I'll probably just stop using it altog...

Re: What Plugins Do You Use And Why
I've managed to resist buying any of them. I do look a little longingly at Saturn and Timeless on occasion. There's absolutely no reason not to buy them. Think about it, you're helping effectively three entities with a considerably small investment. The guys at Fabfilter to keep up such an amazing ...

Re: SynthAGog, Is it possible?
Thanks syrupcore , I will take a look. It would be nice though to have sound change like changing pitch or adding an effect. This is all part of MIDI compatibility, and will all be possible once Auria evolves to the point of having MIDI processing available as a $50 IAP. That's also an underestimat...

Re: Question about Record Monitor in settings
syrupcore presents a good question here. If you can directly monitor through your interface with essentially zero latency, and you want to monitor your input signal without any effect or processing from The Daw Which Need Not Be Named - wouldn't this be the best way to do so; directly monitoring you...

Re: How to get a real deep reverb out of Aurias plug ins?
Lets think outside the box here. Use a large hall, and take all the dry out. Then, place a monitor in your shower and the place a mic 4-5 feet above it and another mic outside of the shower. Play the 'verbed track out of the monitors, and simultaneously record both mics just below feedback level (wi...
