Drumagog only works with drums that are on separate tracks, but with some filtering, you can sometimes get acceptable results by making two copies of the track, putting Drumagog on both, then filtering each one to isolate the kick and snare, for example. I have a sample that contains a whole drum kit, but i just want to replace the snare in it. How do i do it?

Yeah thx. My iTunes question was a general one too, though But i guess there just will be no true file experience on the iPad, for the better or worse.

Setting up a library wouldn't be a problem, but there's this awesome new granular sampler coming up called Borderlands, which seemingly, according to the website, will only import audio via iTunes, yet. Other than that, it would be easy to use iTunes for audio file...

And by the way, there are now external usbsticks and even wireless hdds available for the iPad. But they're supposed to be very slow, so maybe not a real solution.
