Rim (and group), I am in the process of standing up a local server for sfx and music cues. This will also hopefully give clients a space to transfer files to me for finishing instead of DB. In Auria, I have been using Dropbox to move client videos to/from the app. Is there a way to have an 'open-in'...

I will raise my hand to say 'I am interested in ftp' also. Thankful for dropbox integration but the flexibility of attaching/transfer to ftp would be helpful.
If I had to guess, you probably have a zillion items on your list...

For purposes of exporting and uploading larger files from Auria to Dropbox, I have had much better success exporting from Auria to AudioShare then moving the file to DB. This also allows me to QC the final export before moving on to other things.

Thanks Rim for the speedy reply. I was successful doing a full ipad restore and then 'restore purchases'. All of today's purchases are now installed and ready for use, along with all the previous purchases.

And for those who haven't worked with the Bricasti, it is, in my opinion, a very nice sounding unit. Couple of former Lexicon engineers developed the product. We have one at our facility which has become the 'go to' unit.

...and Rob, just to back up a step and ask; the aaf edit file and all audio files live inside the same folder? Audio isn't inside a second folder? In my work, this is the only time I've seen what you describe where the editor opens and track layout is there but without audio in the timeline. Regards...

Hi Rob. Couple of thoughts: 1. The AAF media and 'xx.aaf' project file need to be enclosed within the same folder 2. The AAF can't be an embedded file; Auria needs to see the audio and edit list as separate files 3. Not sure if your Avid is exporting the video information as part of the AAF, but Aur...

Perhaps the same approach could be used for Clip Gain...

Rim, thanks for the confirmation on the Gain indicator. Unfortunately, I only see it on projects that don't contain video clips. When I have a project that includes video the info bar always seems to show Fade In, unless I am doing something wrong from this side.
