I've seen the video and the product page, and i still don't know what it exactly does. What is it for?

I have both of these plugins. Volcano is filter based processing (upto 4) with modulation and Saturn is distortion / saturation based also with modulation and six selectable bandwidths. Both are stunning with endless modulation options. I'm hooked.

What filters can i apply in Volcano? I already have Saturn, and it's hands down one (if not the) best effect plug in that i've ever used. Pro-Q is up there, too.

The thing is, is it really worth having both? Can i do entirely different things with them?

They operate in a similar way but essentially do different jobs - one adds harmonics the other removes them. Do you need both that's your call :?

Can't go wrong for 20$ i guess. All the Fabfilter plug-ins are fabulous. I guess at one point i'll be getting them all :D

I find all of the IR files for the Convolution reverb in Auria to be sublime.
