Retune help!

Post by Bobfossil1 » Fri Mar 24, 2017 3:13 am

I'm really struggling with ReTune. Are there any decent instructions anywhere, or can anyone help me out? I end up with warbly vocals and loads of noise, seemingly regardless of the settings I use. All I want is some subtle pitch correction - nothing extreme. Any idea of any decent alternatives? I've got the Antares app, which isn't much better...

Thanks!

You might already know this but the 'Optional & Plugins' section (separate download I think) of the Auria guide has a bief retune guide.

Thanks - yeah - have read it. It's not very helpful! I have no idea how to get a decent sound out of it!

TC makes an app called Voicerack FX that has pitch assist. Not sure if that would help or not as it might be more for effect than correction, but its fairly raesonalby priced I think.

Thanks - it is quite helpful. Still a bit in the dark about what does what in the damn thing though and how to optimise it so I don't get loads of horrible pops and crackles. Think I'll give alternatives a try.
