Auria In-app sale tomorrow!

Post by Rim » Wed Dec 04, 2013 1:36 pm

We're pleased to announce a 50%-off sale tomorrow on all in-app purchases (except for Turnado and Wow2, as these are not really in-app purchases). The sale starts at 12:00PM CST tonight!

Updates on plugins are up to the developers. I think they're working on it.

+1 , Santa rocks!

Hmm only plug I don't have from FabFilter is the limiter (and the de-esser, but I got no use for vocal processing). Maybe I should pick that one up? I always end up using the PSPaudioware Microwarmer as a limiter, alternatively the built in brick wall. I tend to smash things up a bit too much with compressors all over, so perhaps pro-l might be a another good addition at the end stage.

Piano and the spring reverb from psp, anything in there that really sets them apart from the pro verb and the IAA verbs (AUFX space and VirSyns reverb unit)?

Personally think the fabfilter limiter is something a bit special I tried it on an acoustic track I mixed down a while ago it some how adds gain big time with out going into the red
And the PianoVerb a unique reverb which is great on vocals and Guitars Acoustic and electric
I will say I hated PianoVerb when I first brought it wanted a refund but it's one of my most used plugs ATM when I got used to it bit like Bias

Thanks. Yes, make things loud without clipping and distortion (yes I suck at the mixing stage of things, relying on the master for any magic lol)..What's pro m ? The new dynamic processor from fab filter ?

Woo Hoo !! Thanks!

So, If I bought JamUP in-app, and then added some bass amps to it, would those show up both in Auria and in my current full version that I use via AudioBus?

Also, will JamUp running in-app allow me to re-amp...iow, listen to the effect but only record the dry signal, change stuff up afterward, and bounce the final version when I'm ready to save CPU?

The native Auria version of Jam Up is a completely separate plug-in, and isn't aware of anything you bought in the app version. Also, it doesn't have any in-app purchases in it.

Nice, looking forward to picking up some of the IAPs I've been eyeing but holding off on so far, like Pro-C and Timeless2. Thanks!

BTW, does the IAP version of Jam Up have more included effects than the normal Pro XT version?

Sweet, prices are already live.

Edit: Uh oh, the IAP prices show the discounted price, but I got charged the full price for these.

The confirm buy pop up still shows original price, I presume the prices properly update at the time they said, so don't click confirm yet ;)

Contact Apple right away and get that purchase refunded, the store is still in the process of being updated right now so the IAP price changes haven't propagated across all of Apple's servers yet. Then give it a few hours to be safe.

And yes, the confirm box will show the actual price, so if it looks wrong don't buy it yet.
