Auria Pro's feature set is locked down until after release at this point (otherwise I'd never finish it ;) But after it's released, I'll welcome suggestions for sure!

With the lost of alchemy for so many,,,sheesh, thank god I never upgraded and read the forums, lol,it pays to stay awake, just wish there were more hours on the clock.will the new version I don't care of it cost $100 USA dollars,I just want something hot!!!!!
Will there be plug ins for better sounds,CUBASE is lost in this,,,,as an iOS stand alone product, sure I can use midi and or iTunes and download sounds,,,,that defeats the purpose for me of just using an ipad to create...alchemy rocks in this, there is just nothing like it as far as sounds and tone,,ect....??
Cheers......can't wait..so far from what I see,it's looking awesome ....but trust me....go all out...try and find a way to fully implement at full capacity without worrying about customers complaining about the price tag...just my opinion..

Rim, I was wondering whether in Auria Pro you will be able to rename the .wav files associated with each track?

Thanks

Lester

No, but you'll be able to rename regions now, which I think is preferable.

Thanks Rim. I think that may have been what I meant. Will the files be titles the same as the regions when exporting as a project?

Thanks for the quick response

No, the actual filenames will remain the same as when they were imported. The new functionality just allows you to rename individual regions, so they don't all have to take on the name of the wav file.

In case of emergency, Rim could always cheat and say he lives on the southern hemisphere

put there classic numbers 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 ? or at leass add them, small text under note icon.. it is lot more clear for us who did't know note symbols :-)))
Good idea, I'll do that. Thanks for the suggestion.

I hope you at least keep the notes in. It's what - 6 to 8 "icons"? Why must everything be dumbed down to the lowest common denominator all the time? Why is a halfnote symbol or semiquaver any different to any other icon in DAW?
Humbug.
Disgruntled by this, for no other reason except I am old and grumpy. Maybe it should all be in Latin too.
That'll learn em. (Well, okay, MAYBE a step too far)...
Anyway; Humbug. I like seeing notes and things. Its music.

It'll probably be an option in the settings for users who don't know the note values.
