Midi over Bluetooth LE
Midi over Bluetooth LE
Hey Rim.
The new Korg midi devices coming out in April/May are connectable via Bluetooth LE, I just noticed in the changelog for Cubasis they've just added support. Is this something Auria Pro supports already? Or are there plans to add it? The NanoKontrol Studio device looks like it would be fantastic for Auria.
Once again, keep up the great work.

Re: Midi over Bluetooth LE
Auria does not currently support MIDI over Bluetooth. This may be implemented in a future update.
Re: Midi over Bluetooth LE
Ditto for Bluetooth in Auria Pro.
I'm new to IPad DAWs and was wondering if there is a route to get the MIDI from the Korg MicroKey Bluetooth controller into Auria Pro...perhaps via another app that supports that keyboard and Bluetooth, and something like Audiobus??
With Bluetooth 4.0 and its low latency, there are going to be more devices going wireless...Korg seems to be leading the way.
I imagine the Auria dev is tuning in to this forum, how about some input from the god of Auria?
Auria Pro is beautifully overwhelming in scope...with 7.4 decades on the planet this lifetime...I feel like a kid in a candy shop...yummy...

Re: Midi over Bluetooth LE
MIDI over Bluetooth LE is coming to Auria Pro in a future update. Until then, if you have GarageBand or similar app, you can connect your Bluetooth keyboard in that app and then switch over to Auria, it should still continue to work.
Re: Midi over Bluetooth LE
The next update (2.05, currently in beta) will support bluetooth MIDI controllers.
