New update has gremlins

I have just done the latest update to fix issues with Jam Up Plugins and all my Fabfilters have disappeared and I cannot restore them from the iTunes store. I get an error message saying "There as an error restoring your purchase:0 Cannot connect to iTunes store"

I can connect to iTunes store outside of Auria.

Can this be fixed?

I can't detect any issues in updated version. All my FabFilters are installed but I don't see the JamUp plugin within Auria Store (it looks like it has been removed).

We tested this here, too. No issues with restoring. It's possible this is somehow related to the cloud outage today. Have you tried again later?

And after reinstal I have the same problem
I'm very angry
I bought all plugins and now can't make anything (((

Hi Rim, yes I have tried again today and it is the same. See below for screenshot.

I don't use JamUp so can't speak for that one but I can also confirm that Drumagog is also missing and not restoring. All recordings I have done (there are quite a few) that I have used Fabfilters and Drumagog have the name "greyed out" in the channel strip and obviously no longer working.

Please try again now. We had some network issues yesterday and just resolved them today. Let me know if you're able to restore now.

Still the same unfortunately. I rebooted iPad just in case but it made no difference.

That's very strange. We tried restoring three different iPads here and didn't see any problems. Can you try going into each product and repurchasing them? Apple never charges you again for something you already bought. If the price says "installed", click it anyway.

After exit from my ID and restart iPad and then in to ID
I can restore all purchases but can't restore pro Q2

I just tried one ofthe Fab Filters Q2 ironically and that worked fine so I tried Drumagog and it has started to download and promptly charged me £19.99 even though I have already purchased it.

Do I now have to speak to Apple about that?

It's not possible for apple to charge for for something you already bought. However, remember that every version of Auria (regular, pro and LE) is a separate app, with its own in-app purchases. So if you own both Auria and Auria Pro for example, and you bought drumagog inside Auria, that doesn't mean you also own the same plugin inside Auria Pro according to apple.

Of course if you only have one version of Auria on your iPad, this doesn't apply.

After logout and login to my Apple ID the restorefunktion was working.

Can anyone else who had problems restoring purchases try what's worked for others, by logging out of their Apple ID, restarting their iPad, logging back in, and then trying to Restore again?

Ok, that's work but I can't restore Pro Q2, I bought it when it was one plugin not upgrade
