My brand new Apogee One for iPad and Mac gave me an issue right out of the box that's probably worth reporting here. Maestro (the iPad app for the Apogee One) immediately asks that you update the firmware on the device, but having done so it reports no version change and continues asking in an apparent infinite loop.
I was unable to Google this bug, but Apogee support returned my query fairly quickly. Once the firmware update reports success (but starts asking again) just disconnect everything and turn the unit and the app off. When it's all connected again the setup is no longer stuck in the firmware update loop and you can continue with the normal setup.
Peace,
David

Re: Firmware update for Apogee One "fails"
I Googled around and found nothing as well. I did notice that several Apogee products say to try multiple times to try to update firmware. Or try to update the firmware from a different machine.

It's in Apogee's knowledgebase.

It does work, but it pretends not to!

Thanks, Dominic. This is exactly what the support guys wrote. Other than this glitch, the Apogee One is killer.
